This policy explains what personal data PlayableVault (Mehmet Akif Ergani) processes when you visit this website or buy a product.
1. Website visits
The website is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in the EU; the server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for a limited time, only for security and operation. Domain DNS and email forwarding are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google's servers.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand which pages and demos are used and which buy buttons are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes your IP address in shortened form, device and browser information and approximate location. If you click "Decline" or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, and you can change it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
The live game demos run entirely in your browser and do not send data anywhere.
2. Purchases
Checkout is handled by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our merchant of record, together with its payment processor Stripe. They collect your payment details, name, email and billing address under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country, the product purchased and the order amount, which we use to deliver the product, provide support, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations. We never see or store your full card details.
3. Email
If you email us, we use your message and email address to reply. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.
4. Legal basis and retention
We process purchase data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations, and keep it for as long as Turkish tax and commercial law requires (up to 10 years). Analytics data (only with consent) is processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (Polar and Stripe for payments, Hetzner for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and email forwarding, Google for fonts and, with consent, analytics) and with authorities where the law requires. Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye and the EU, for example in the United States, under their standard data-protection terms.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to processing. Email us to use these rights. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. Changes
If we add other tools or change how we use data, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
