Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website and to purchases of digital products (the "Templates") from PlayableVault, operated by Mehmet Akif Ergani, Türkiye ("we", "us").
1. Products
We sell downloadable HTML5 playable-ad templates and related files. Product descriptions, file sizes and supported networks are described on the website. Live demos on the website are the plain web build of each template.
Custom playable development and reskins are offered separately. Scope, price, timeline and usage rights for custom work are agreed in writing (by email) before work starts.
2. Purchase and payment
Orders are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record: Polar is the seller on your invoice, handles payment, and adds VAT or sales tax where required depending on your location. Prices are shown in USD. If we cannot deliver through the provider, you may order by email and receive an invoice.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, as a download link or by email, immediately after payment is confirmed (download link on the checkout confirmation page and by email). No physical goods are shipped.
4. License
Your use of the Templates is governed by the License. Buying a Template grants a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the Template itself.

6. Support and updates
We provide email support for installation and rebranding questions. Pro and Complete Bundle purchases include updates released within 6 months of purchase.
7. Ad networks
Each ad network sets its own technical requirements and content policies, which can change. We build to the networks' public specifications, but approval of a specific ad is decided by the network. Test each build in the network's test tool before launch.
8. Warranty and liability
The Templates are provided "as described" on the website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
